When you are navigating the weight of grief, the exhaustion of a major life transition, or the lingering effects of trauma, it can feel like your authentic self has been lost in the struggle. I’m Eve Brownstone, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Grief Educator, and for over 30 years, I have helped adults and elders find their way back to a place of peace, resilience, and hope.

When asked about her services Eve elaborated, “— My goal is to provide more than just a listening ear; I offer a warm, collaborative sanctuary where your lived experience is met with deep respect and curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we work to soothe your nervous system and quiet the internal noise that keeps you feeling stuck. By integrating mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal-informed practices, I help you move out of "survival mode" and back into a life that feels grounded and meaningful.--”
